What to do with the growing pile of negatives?

Film for me has always been a love-hate relationship. However, I have the pleasure of knowing very generous friends and family who gave me a film camera to use because they knew I would give them a good home. With these gifted cameras, I had the itch to get back to shooting film. So I did. But now I have a growing collection of negatives with no way of properly printing them. After a little research, I came up with a solution for printing and editing without a darkroom or scanner. Using a lightbox, negative holders, my DSLR, and low light I was able to rephotograph the negative photograph.

After I brought the images into Photoshop and inverted the image to a positive. Now my negatives were pink and inverted to green. To correct this add a black-and-white layer or saturation layer and and desaturate the image which then creates a digital black-and-white image from a negative.
