Conceptual Landscape

Studying abroad gave me the chance to see history come alive — past, present, and future blending together in ways I never expected. My Conceptual Landscape class opened my eyes to people, places, and ideas I’d only ever read about before. I found myself standing in landscapes that were sometimes calm and peaceful, other times vibrant and full of adventure. What made it even more meaningful was my professor’s passion for each place we visited — he always shared just enough to make every stop feel special, leaving space for us to find our own stories within them. This experience has changed the way I see the world and my place in it.
